Job Seekers: Who to Follow on LinkedIn in 2026

Job seekers often ask me who they should follow on LinkedIn for credible, trustworthy job search advice. It’s a fair question. With the rise of scammers, fake profiles, and questionable guidance, it can be hard to know who’s legitimate and whose advice is worth your time.

Last year, I asked my LinkedIn community to help compile a trusted resource list. This year, I decided it was time to refresh that list, cleaning it up and adding new, valuable voices.

So voila: here is the “Who to Follow on LinkedIn in 2026” for job seekers. The list below is divided into four categories: resume writers, coaches and thought leaders (of various types), LinkedIn-focused experts, and recruiters/talent acquisition folks.

A few important notes about the resource list:

First, this list is not exhaustive. There is no way to capture every person worth following (there are likely thousands). I focused on individuals who were personally recommended or whom I know, like, and trust. I also prioritized those who post and engage consistently on LinkedIn, since that is the purpose of this list. I can’t say with certainty that everyone here is an “expert,” but I did include only people with consistent, recent LinkedIn activity in related job search categories.

Second, I categorized people based on how they describe themselves in their LinkedIn headlines or how the community most often recommended them. Each person’s profile headline appears next to their name, and their name links directly to their LinkedIn profile. Feel free to explore. While some individuals fit into more than one category—for example, someone might be both a resume writer and an interview coach—I’ve listed each person only once.
