I see it time and again. Job seekers aching to make a career change, desperate to secure a position with higher compensation, or hoping to enter a role with greater recognition. Yet their job search strategy is weak – or practically non-existent – and therefore results are discouraging.
To strengthen a job search, a complete and comprehensive job search plan is required. Having JUST a good resume in your ‘toolbox’ won’t cut it.
